Abstract

The Development Project for an Integrated Laboratory for Health Science In Jember Regency is very much needed to add suggestions and infrastructure, so it is necessary to build a health science laboratory building at the University of Jember. In the implementation of this project, it is delayed. Time and cost are very influential if there is a delay in a project. One way to overcome these delays is by applying the Time Cost Trade Off method. The purpose of this study is to calculate the added cost and time after using the Time Cost Trade Off method. The calculation is carried out on the remaining work of the project work, starting from looking for jobs that are on a critical path using the Microsoft Project program, then activities that are on the critical trajectory are then analyzed using the Time Cost Trade Off method. After analyzing the Integrated laboratory for health science Development Project in Jember Regency by applying the Time Cost Trade Off method, the acceleration duration was 188 days from the previous completion duration of 198 days. Thus, the duration is 10 days faster so that the duration of project completion can be optimal again. Additional costs due to acceleration of Rp. 41,999,510.68 so that the total cost of the project is Rp. 25,710,749,101 from the previous value of Rp. 25,668,749,590.
