ABSTRACT

The condition of Indonesia, if viewed from its geography, is an area that is prone to earthquake events, so in the field it is necessary to plan buildings in Indonesia that are earthquake resistant. Because the influence of structural behavior caused by earthquakes is very influential and prone to structural failure. In this final project, the PPG Lecture Building at State University of Malang is planned for a structure using the Special Moment Bearer Frame System (SRPMK). In this planning study, the first step is to find planning data. After obtaining the data, the building planning is carried out with the first step planning the cross-sectional dimensions of the beam, column and plate, then calculating with the help of the Etabs program. After obtaining the forces from the program calculation results, the reinforcement calculation is then performed. And in the calculation of reinforcement, the calculation is carried out on the portal line 5. After several stages of the planning study are carried out according to the above plot, the calculation results of the B291 block on the 3rd floor line 5 (on the pedestal) with beam dimensions 40/75 with transverse reinforcement 7 D 22 ( above) and 6 D 22 (bottom) with stirrups at plastic joints 2 (legs) Ø 10-130, outside plastic joints 2 (legs) Ø10-150. Then the results in the field area or obtained beam dimensions 40/75 with transverse reinforcement 6 D 22 (top) and 6 D 22 (bottom) Then for the calculation results of the column in column C15 obtained the cross-sectional dimensions of 70/70 with transverse reinforcement 12 D 25 with the specifications of the shear reinforcement in the plastic hinge area, 4 feet Ø12-55 are obtained, the outer area of ​​the plastic hinge is 4 feet Ø12-150, and in the joint area 4 feet Ø12-80 is obtained.
