Abstract
Implementation that has been delayed needs to be accelerated. One of the acceleration methods used is the Time Cost Trade Off Method by reducing the duration of the project in order to catch up with previous achievements by analyzing the network in the form of CPM. The data needed in this study is secondary data in the form of time schedule data, project cost budget plans and the number of workers for each work item. The analysis is then carried out to determine the time and cost due to acceleration with the addition of working hours and additional labor, then the optimal time and cost comparison of the two alternatives is sought. From the calculation of the acceleration of time and project costs, it can be compared the acceleration of the addition of work hours (overtime) with a reduction in the duration of 29 days (the project completion time is 181 days) and costs 0.85% of the total normal project cost, whereas with the addition of manpower with a reduction in duration 52 days (the project completion time is 152 days) but there is an additional cost of 0.57% of the total normal project cost. So that the optimum crash result is the addition of manpower.
