Abstract

Water is one of the most important human needs, adequate and healthy water can help implement community sanitation programs. Based on the existing conditions of the PDAM in Trenggalek District, the number of people served by PDAM in this district is only 23,844 people from the 3974 unit  (house connection) installed. and projected based on a 3 method projection with a population growth of 0.4167% for 10 years. It is difficult for people who have not been served during the dry season to get clean water easily. It is necessary to evaluate the distribution network so that the development of clean water distribution can be carried out appropriately. And in order to meet the increasing need for water, each year and the limited discharge of water sources, it is necessary to develop the distribution of clean water needs for the Trenggalek Subdistricts, Trenggalek City in the PDAM service areas in Trenggalek City until 2030. And it is obtained the projection of PDAM customers using the arithmetic method with a population growth of 0.4167% and in 2030 PDAM customers will be 24,937 people. The necessary for clean water for the next 10 years is 41.56 liters / second in 2030 and a production capacity of 90 liters / second can meet the clean water needs of PDAM customers in 2030. In the WaterCAd V8i program simulation it can be concluded that the most effective alternative is The development of clean water networks is an alternative simulation 3 with a pipe diameter of 200 mm, using a PVC pipe with a diameter of 200 mm, the pressure at all node points of 1.6 - 3.2 atm and a headloss of 10 m / km at the peak hour of 06.00.
