Pengaruh Kinerja Pekerja Terhadap Kualitas Pekerjaan Proyek Pembangunan Villa Batu

Abstract

The development of the construction industry in Indonesia is closely related to the amount of Human Resources (HR) required. Motivation can affect the performance of human resources and job satisfaction which in turn affects the quality of a project (Sudirga, 2011). For this reason, in this case the compilers will analyze the Effect of Worker Performance on the Quality of the Steel Roof Installation work based on project data which will later be used to calculate the productivity and quality of work on the Villa Development project in Batu. Methods of data collection are surveys and by capturing opinions, experiences and attitudes of respondents regarding the existing problems. By taking primary data using questionnaires and secondary data with observations of the productivity of steel roof truss work on the Villa development project in Batu. The results of this study are 1) Worker performance on work quality based on the productivity of steel roof truss installation, namely calculating the volume of work and comparing the effective working time. 2) The results of the quality of work (X.1) are classified as good, while the results of occupational safety and health (K3) (X.2) are classified as sufficient. 3) The relationship between worker performance and quality of work based on the results of the Pearson correlation test obtained a coefficient of 0.488 and a significant amount of 0.266. This means that increased worker performance will not significantly improve the quality of work.
