ANALISIS PERCEPATAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PROYEK DENGAN METODE TIME COST TRADE OFF (TCTO)
Studi Kasus : Proyek Pembangunan Laboratory For Science Policy and Communication Di Universitas Jember
Abstract
In the implementation of construction projects often experience delays between the schedule of plans and realization in the field. This also happened at the Laboratory For Science Policy And Communication Development Project at the University of Jember, which experienced delays due to the delivery of materials by suppliers due to the location of the University of Jember also carried out the construction of other buildings, in addition to the Laboratory For Science Policy And Communication building. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize scheduling to catch up with the delay. The purpose of the case study faced in a project Laboratory For Science Policy And Communication At the University of Jember. Calculation is done on the rest of the work is Architecture Work, starting from finding a job that is on a critical trajectory then activities that are on the next critical path using the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method with the addition of 2 hours of overtime work on the critical track. This aims to be able to catch up with delays by conducting network analysis in the form of CPM. After the acceleration analysis on the Laboratory For Science Policy And Communication project at the University of Jember by applying the Time Cost Trade Off method obtained an acceleration duration of 166 days from the previous completion duration of 184 days. Thus the duration is faster 18 days or 9.78% of the remaining days of the project implementation in normal time. Thus, the additional cost due to acceleration amounted to Rp. 12,519,921.88 or increased by 0.07% so that the total cost of the project became Rp. 18,373,171,946.02 from the previous value of Rp. 18,360,652,024.14.
