PERENCANAAN PENGERUKAN (DREDGING)
Studi Kasus : Kolam Labuh Dermaga Terminal Berlian Tanjung Perak Surabaya
Abstract
The depth of the wharf pool which is currently 8 meters is considered to be incapable of loading and unloading activities with a larger ship capacity. The increasing use of containers and the rising wheels of the economy in Indonesia is the one reasons for dredging the wharf pool. From the results of the borelog, founded that the type of soil in whaft pool area is a type of clay shell sand. By using the trapezoid approach method, the dredging volume is 1.659.786 m3 using a Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) and Split Hopper Barge (barge). The existence of dredging activities in the wharf pool area can threaten safety of the pier wall. Where at this time the pier wall has been reinforced by steel pipe sheet pile of SPSP1016 T14. In analyzing the stability of the slopes, with computer program PLAXIS V.2, was used to determine the safety figures accurately in a short time. Based on the results of the slope stability analysis on the front and back of the pile, it was found that the pier wall is safe against sliding. And based on the calculation of the cost and duration of dredging is estimated at Rp. 23.267.784,000 for 4 months .
