Abstract

Road is one type of land transportation infrastructure that plays an important role for the development of an area. To encourage also increase economic growth. In the Southern Region of Java Island, the Government through the Ministry of Public Works has created a program, namely the construction of the Southern Cross Line (JLS) for the Island of Java. One of the JLS sections is the Lot 7 Cross Road Section, starting from Tambak Rejo Village, Wonotirto District, to Serang Village, Panggungrejo District, located in Blitar Regency. The length of the new road is approximately 12,850 meters, in this study only planned at Sta 0+000 to Sta 3+000.The data used in planning flexible road pavements are daily traffic data, CBR, planning drawings, rainfall and work unit prices for Blitar Regency 2020. The daily traffic data used are 2019 and 2020, CBR data and images obtained from PT. Virama Karya (Consultant) while the work unit price for 2020 was obtained from the Blitar Regency Public Works Service. The method used for flexible pavement is Bina Marga 2017 and AASHTO 1993 and the calculation of the Budget Plan refers to the price of the Bitar Regency work unit in 2020 and the General Specifications of Bina Marga in 2018.The results of the analysis of flexible pavement planning using the Bina Marga 2017 method, obtained the thickness of AC-WC as thick as 4 cm, AC-BC as thick as 6 cm, AC-Base as thick as 8 cm, Upper Foundation Layer (LPA) as thick as 30 cm. 15,521,229.000,00 while for the 1993 AASHTO method, the thickness of the AC-WC is 5 cm thick, AC-BC is 8 cm thick, the Upper Foundation Layer (LPA) is 15 cm thick, the Lower Foundation Layer (LPB) is 34 cm thick, the budget plan is need 15,196,852,000.00.
