Abstrak

The design of earthquake-resistant structures in Indonesia is very important. Surabaya is an earthquake-prone area so that in planning the structure it is necessary to pay attention to the earthquake factor in the area. With the condition of Indonesia which is prone to earthquakes, it is necessary to have the ability to overcome them. The author tries to re-plan the structural system in the 9-floor Hotel Shafira Surabaya building with a double system. From the calculation results obtained beam (B1) dimensions 40/70 span 8.6 meters obtained longitudinal reinforcement support: top 6D22, bottom 5D22 and side 4D19. Field reinforcement: top 3D22, bottom 4D22 and side 4D19. The shear reinforcement of the plastic hinge area: 2D13-100 and the outer area of ​​the plastic hinge: 2D13-200. Column (K1) with dimensions 70/70 the number of reinforcement 16D22. Plastic hinge area shear reinforcement: 4D13-100, plastic hinge outer shear reinforcement: 4D13-130, and overpass joint area: 4D13-100. The design control capacity is Mnc 1.2 Mnb with a value of 2954.596 kNm 1484,659 kNm, the “Strong Column Weak Beam” requirement is met. HBK vertical reinforcing reinforcement is sufficient to use 16D22 column longitudinal, 4D13-4 layer horizontal reinforcing reinforcement. Structural wall dimensions 300x4000 with boundary elements as far as 850 mm from the outer compression fibers, transverse reinforcement of boundary elements is installed 6D13-100. The total longitudinal reinforcement of the wall is 72D22. Transverse reinforcement of wall body in X direction, plastic hinge area 2D13-100, outer plastic hinge 2D13-120, splice 2D13-100. Transverse reinforcement of wall body in Y direction plastic hinge area 8D13-100, outer plastic hinge 8D13-120, lap joint 8D13-100.
