Abstract

In the implementation of material construction work is the main component that is very influential in determining the cost of a project. Remaining material (waste) is one of the serious problems that can occur in building construction work. The U-Ditch 150/150 Canal Development project with 15 Ton Axle Cover is a canal construction project located on Jl. Java City of Surabaya with a working length of ±344 meters. Analysis using the lean construction method is carried out to find out which materials have the potential to cause waste and find out how much loss is caused due to waste material. Data analysis was carried out using several methods and methods, including Trading Consumable Materials, Calculating installed materials, Waste Level Analysis, Waste Cost Analysis, Pareto Analysis. From the results of calculations and analysis of work items that exist on the project and have the potential to cause waste, Wiremesh M8-150 Iron Work with a waste level of 1.103% and a waste cost of IDR 2,064,071.19. Cast Concrete Fc 30 Mpa with a waste level of 1.550% and a waste cost of IDR 2,595,157.02. AC layer Tb.4cm (Manual) with a waste level of 0.971% and a waste cost of IDR 1,313,864.15. Local Cast Reinforced Concrete Fc 30 Mpa With Iron 173.6 Kg/m3 with a waste level of 1.735% and a waste cost of IDR 635,864.15. Class A Aggregate Top Foundation Layer (LPA) with a waste level of 2.768% and a waste cost of IDR 343,951.53. Transport of Land Out of the project. with a waste level of 1.733% and a waste cost of IDR 1,463,150.00. Earth excavation with heavy equipment with a waste level of 1.665% and a waste cost of IDR 1,187,450.00. Sirtu (Solid) dumping with a waste level of 1.483% and a waste cost of IDR 618,308.00. The installation of bamboo sticks. 8-12 cm (L.1.5m) with a waste level of 5.143% and a waste cost of IDR 618,308.00. With a total waste cost of Rp.11,352,870.56 from a total of 9 jobs studied.
