The variables studied include several variations, namely the residence time on the filter (5, 10, and 15 minutes) which is then flowed to the plant for a single time (2, 4, 6 days). The observed response is the COD concentration of domestic wastewater starting from the aerobic enfluent to determine the efficiency of COD reduction. Observations were carried out under conditions considered steady state, which in this study was one residence time. The main variable observed in this study was COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) through a laboratory test process. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of domestic wastewater from communal blackwater (WWTP) through filtration and continued with wetlands. With the presence of wetlands, in addition to improving the quality of wastewater, it is also expected to reduce unpleasant odors. The data analysis method used is Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study showed a decrease in COD at a residence time of 15 minutes - 6 days. Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), from the results of the study showed that the results of the relationship between observation time and COD parameters in vetiver plants showed that there was a significant influence between observation time and COD parameters with a 5 percent error rate. The standards used as guidelines include SNI 1727-2020, SNI 1726-2019, SNI 2847-2019, and SNI 2025-2017. The data used in the calculations consists of planning drawings and soil data, which then serve as the basis for preliminary calculations of structural elements. 3D Structural Analysis was performed using ETABS 18 software, from which the column dimensions were 950 x 950 mm2, the main beams consisted of B1 400X600 B2 250 X 300 and B3 250 x 300 while the child beams consisted of BA1 350 X 600, BA2 250 X 300 and BA3 200 X 300. Physical model of distribution box has ratio 1 : 1 in prototype and it has used verification in order to get result carefulness that fulfils the prerequisite. There are three conditions in this testing, that is one channel operations, three channels operation and three channels operation with discharge plan on two channels (right and left) and one door operation to frontal side. It using six variations discharge testing to stream flow type respectively on distribution box in order to get discharge distribution pattern. One channel has gotten the same headwaters discharge and downstream discharge. Three channels has gotten discharge coefficient (Cd) 0.56 and friction coefficient (f) 0.046, where as discharge distribution has gotten ratio 11.44%, 71.24% and 18.35% (no door). Simulasi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pola penyebaran sedimen yang terjadi. Hasil dari simulasi penyebaran sedimen ini adalah pola sebaran sedimen dengan kondisi saat Sungai mengalami debit puncak di tahun 2022 dan perubahan dasar Perairan. Pada simulasi transpor sedimen ini dipilih modul transpor sedimen karena di wilayah ini memiliki ukuran butir D50 dengan menghitung total load bed thickness sedimen. Sebelumnya, dilakukan pengambilan pada sepuluh titik sampel tanah dasar Sungai pada daerah studi. Diambil rata-rata nilai butiran sedimen untuk memudahkan simulasi transpor sedimen. Daerah Irigasi Kaubun merupakan salah satu Daerah Irigasi kewenangan pemerintah pusat dengan luas areal baku 1.150 Ha dan areal fungsional 736 Ha yang letak areal kerjanya berada di wilayah Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Daerah Irigasi Kaubun memiliki 1 (satu) bendung, 2 (dua) saluran induk. Sementara itu Pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi belum dilakukan secara rutin dan berkala baik oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur maupun oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Akumulasi Sedimen salah satu masalah utama dalam saluran irigasi sekunder dan dapat menyebabkan penyumbatan saluran, penurunan kapasitas aliran air, dan peningkatan kerusakan infrastruktur.</p> <p>Peneltian ini dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi sistem jaringan irigasi dan melihat beberapa faktor yang mengakibatkan kerusakan saluran dengan berpedoman pada peraturan menteri pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rakyat nomor: 12/PRT/M/2015 tanggal: 6 April 2015 tentang eksploitasi dan pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa rekapitulasi Index Kinerja Sistem Jaringan Irigasi didapatkan nilai optimum terbesar pada aspek Prasarana Fisik dengan nilai 29,01 indeks.
