RESCHEDULING PADA PROYEK GEDUNG SERBAGUNA PLBN ENTIKONG KALIMANTAN BARAT DENGAN METODE FAST TRACK
Proyek Gedung Serbaguna PLBN Entikong Kalimantan Barat
Abstract
PT. Nindya Karya is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that runs a business in the field of construction services that plays a role in the development of supporting facilities and infrastructure for the integrated National Cross-Border Post (PLBN) in Entikong, West Kalimantan. One of them is the Entikong PLBN Multipurpose Building Project. Judging from the project time schedule that the schedule is less effective where in the implementation of the project an addendum to the Contract Change Order (CCO) is proposed in the 20th week and the time addendum in the 31st week. Scheduling with the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the accelerated method of scheduling with the Fast Track method is more effective in reducing the duration of implementation. By using this method, there is no additional labor and costs for each activity on the critical and non-critical paths. The sooner the project is completed, the more efficient the indirect costs of the project will be. For this reason, in rescheduling the PLBN Multipurpose Building Project, the two methods were chosen, with the hope of producing an optimal and logical scheduling. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the normal duration of project planning, which is 359 days after rescheduling, can reduce the duration by 57 days with a percentage decrease of 15.88% so that the project duration becomes 302 days and there is no overallocated on the available resources in the field. Indirect costs for the normal duration are Rp. 109,249,085 and after rescheduling it becomes Rp. 91,903,130 cost efficiency of Rp. 17,345,955.
