PERENCANAAN TPS 3R DI DESA DELOD PEKEN KECAMATAN TABANAN KABUPATEN TABANAN

Abstrak

Abstract, Tabanan District which has a population of 75,260 people consists of 12 villages, one of which is Delod Peken Village. Delod Peken Village is an area where the waste management system still uses the old paradigm. The purpose of this study is to analyze the generation, composition and characteristics of waste, analyze the use and economic potential of waste, and estimate land requirements and budget for construction and operational costs of TPS 3R Delod Peken Village, Tabanan District.

Sampling of waste generation was carried out using the SNI 19-3964-1994 method, the composition of the waste using the ASTM D5231-92 [2203] method. The economic potential is calculated based on the waste price list at the waste bank in Tabanan District. The 3R TPS planning is obtained from the calculation of domestic waste generation associated with population projections and non-domestic waste generation. The estimated construction and operational costs of the 3R TPS are calculated based on the HSPK of Tabanan Regency.

The results showed that the average amount of domestic waste generation was 0.5 kg/person/day or 1.1 l/person/day and non-domestic waste generation was 0.05 kg/person/day or 1.15 l/person/ day. The composition of waste in Sudimara Village is dominated by wet waste, which is 52,664.13 kg. The economic potential generated by using the 3R concept is estimated at Rp. 13,252,168 – Rp. 164,923,706 per day. The planned land area for TPS 3R Delod Peken Village is 916.49 m2 with a total required construction and operational Budget Plan (RAB) of Rp. 1,143,832,599.
