Abstract

In implementing a project, issues related to labor, wages, and materials are important things to consider. Even the smallest work if it is not supported by a workforce with the ability to work with good quality materials, will not give maximum and satisfying results in a project. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of labor and material wage coefficients between realization and SNI 2016. In this study the method used is case research, namely calculating light brick wall work units carried out by SNI 2016 analysis method which is then compared with work realization analysis. . Based on this research, the labor productivity for light brick masonry is 10.659 m2/ day. The comparison of the coefficient of wages for work and materials on the project and SNI 2016 for light brick masonry work is Worker 1: 0.733, Builder 1: 0.049, Head Builder 1: 0.064, Foreman 1: 0.118, and for materials is Light Brick 1: 1, Mortar Ready to Use 1: 1,3.
